Shipping

Everything we sell is printed to order, just for you, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That means two steps before it reaches you: it is made, and then it ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long it takes
Production: your order is printed and packed within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery: once it ships, delivery usually takes another 2 to 4 business days.
In total, most orders arrive about 5 to 8 business days after you order. Busy periods, such as the holidays, can add a few days.

What it costs
Standard shipping is a flat $4.95. Orders of $70 or more ship free. The shipping cost and any sales tax are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Our production partners ship with carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon Shipping, so the tracking link may show a carrier name you do not recognize. That is normal, and it does not mean your order came from anywhere else. Tracking can take a day to show movement after the email arrives.

More than one item
Items in the same order may be made in different places and arrive in separate packages, on different days. You will get tracking for each one.

Your address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot change an address once an order is in production, and we cannot reship an order that was delivered to the address you gave us. A street address is best, since some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved in 7 days, or your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at hello@bougiebeige.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, see our Refund Policy.
